Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Neyli mobile application and communications with Neyli Team about the application. Neyli Team is responsible for the information it receives through support, safety, and privacy communications.

Apple, Google, Microsoft, and any destination you select through the system share sheet operate under their own privacy terms when they process information for their services.

2. Information We Handle

Profile and sign-in information

Neyli may handle your selected sign-in method, profile identifier, nickname, avatar, biography, agreement status, and session state. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, the provider handles authentication and may give Neyli the account information you authorize it to provide.

Wallpaper, mood, and creative activity

Neyli handles information needed to provide your experience, including mood entries, short notes, saved wallpapers, downloads, followed creators, resonance activity, remixes, canvas drafts, created canvases, palette choices, linked wallpaper identifiers, and archive history.

Photos, camera captures, and audio

When you choose a media feature, Neyli handles the photo, camera capture, or audio recording you select or create, together with information needed to preview, edit, attach, save, play, export, replace, or delete that media.

Community and safety information

Neyli may handle profile content, comments, creative contributions, creator follows, resonance actions, blocks, reports, report reasons, the content identifier involved, and the time of the safety action. These records support content controls, community integrity, and your safety history.

Glow and App Store transactions

Neyli handles your Glow balance, signed-wallpaper unlocks, product identifier, App Store transaction identifier, displayed price, purchase status, purchase time, and duplicate-delivery protection. Apple processes payment credentials and billing. Neyli does not receive your full payment card number.

Support communications

If you email Neyli Team, we receive your email address, message, attachments you choose to send, and information required to respond and keep an appropriate support record.

3. How Information Is Used

Neyli uses information to:

• provide accounts, profile editing, session continuity, and account deletion;
• display, adapt, download, save, and organize wallpapers;
• create and maintain mood entries, canvases, remixes, archives, reports, and creative history;
• enable media selection, capture, recording, playback, export, and user-directed sharing;
• operate creator follows, resonance actions, community features, reports, and blocks;
• query App Store products, process purchase status, deliver Glow, record signed-wallpaper spending, and prevent duplicate delivery;
• protect users, investigate support or rights concerns, enforce the Terms of Use, and comply with legal obligations;
• respond to support, privacy, intellectual-property, and safety requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Neyli relies on performance of the agreement with you, your consent for optional permissions, legitimate interests in security and service integrity, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Device Permissions

Photo Library

Used when you choose an image for a wallpaper or canvas. Neyli receives only the media made available through the system picker or the access level you grant.

Camera

Used when you choose to capture an image for a mood canvas. Neyli does not activate the camera without your action.

Microphone

Used when you choose to record an audio layer. Recording begins only after your action, and visible controls allow you to stop or discard it.

You can review or change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying an optional permission prevents the related feature from accessing that device capability but does not prevent use of unrelated Neyli features.

5. Disclosures and Services

Neyli discloses information only as needed for the following purposes:

• Apple: App distribution, StoreKit product information, payment processing, transaction status, refunds, and platform security.
• Apple or Google sign-in: Authentication when you choose the relevant provider, subject to that provider's terms.
• User-directed sharing: Content and files are sent to the application, person, or service you select through the system share interface.
• Email support: Messages sent to neyliteam@outlook.com are processed through Microsoft's email service.
• Legal and safety needs: Information may be disclosed when reasonably required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, address fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
• Business transition: Information under Neyli Team's control may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

Neyli does not authorize service providers to use information received from Neyli for their own advertising.

6. Storage and Retention

Most Neyli profile, creative, wallet, download, and safety records are retained in private app storage on your device. They remain until you delete the relevant item, delete your Neyli identity, remove the app, or the record is no longer required for the feature.

Deleting your Neyli identity removes its app records and app-managed imported or downloaded media from the device. Files you previously shared to another destination are controlled by that destination. Apple retains App Store transaction records according to Apple's legal and operational requirements.

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain security and rights records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Neyli Team removes or de-identifies such correspondence when it is no longer reasonably needed.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

• Edit your nickname, avatar, and profile note in Edit Profile.
• Remove saved wallpapers, canvases, mood entries, downloads, and safety records through their available controls.
• Manage camera, photo, and microphone permissions in iOS Settings.
• Delete the active Neyli identity through the account settings.
• Email neyliteam@outlook.com for a privacy request involving information held by Neyli Team.

Neyli Team may need to verify that a request relates to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Neyli does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

Neyli is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by law. A person below the applicable minimum age must not create an account or submit personal information. If Neyli Team learns that information was received from a child below the applicable age, we will take appropriate steps to remove it. A parent or guardian may contact neyliteam@outlook.com.

9. Security

Neyli uses platform-provided app isolation, permission controls, private app storage, transaction identifiers, and duplicate-delivery checks to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your device and Apple or Google account, and contact Neyli Team if you believe your Neyli information has been compromised.

10. International Processing

Apple, Google, Microsoft, and a user-selected sharing destination may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Their safeguards and privacy terms govern their processing. Where Neyli Team receives information across borders, it applies safeguards required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

Neyli Team may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features, law, security practices, or service providers. The effective date will be revised when the Policy changes. When required, Neyli will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
